Making an order

When ordering from the JWS online store you must meet the following requirements:

Reside in the UK mainland
Supply a working telephone number (this enables the shipping company to contact you if needed)

If you live outside of the UK you can email us at sales@jwsmerchandising.com to find out if we can ship to your location.

Tax charges

For all orders from the UK a 17.5% VAT charge is added. All orders are accompanied with a VAT receipt. The JWS VAT number is GB 850113763.

Delivery details & charges

Orders over £50.00 automatically receive free delivery. Orders under £50.00 will receive a charge of £6.94.

Orders will be delivered between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. All orders must be signed for. If you miss your order and fail to act on the information supplied by our shipping agent your order may be returned to JWS. If this happens the £6.94 for delivery will be charged again before the goods are resent.
